Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that in the event of a schedule conflict, you notify us to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid incurring a $40 cancellation fee. For last-minute cancellations, please contact us at (970) 534 - 8579. Our providers are compensated on commission per service and arrive early to prepare for appointments. Our 48-hour cancellation policy ensures that providers are properly compensated for their time and allows other paying customers to fill the appointment time. LATE ARRIVALS - Minimum 5 minutes. Please note if you are later than 5 minutes it takes time off your hand massage. No-shows will be charged the $40 deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
